Registration

Registration fees include:

• Access to main Congress and Exhibition area
• Access to coffee breaks and light lunch as per Congress Program
• On-site registration material
• Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of Attendance 

• A digital Certificate of Attendance will be sent via email to all registered participants 10-15 days after the end of the congress from the congress secretariat.

Methods of payment

• By credit card
  Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Congress’s online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to a confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email with information about the services booked and your payment status.
• All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR).
• All payment invoices will be sent by e-mail to the address advised for communication in 10 days after the end of the congress.

Registration Terms & Conditions

• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€).
• Invoices with an address in the European Union must be provided with a Tax Reg. No./ VAT number.  The invoicing address and Tax Reg. No./ VAT number can be set up during the registration process.
• Kindly check the billing/receipt information that you have entered during the registration process. The bill/receipt will be issued on the given details.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Registration Cancellation

• Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in writing by e-mail to Congress Organizing Secretariat at events@welcomecongress.gr, and will be subject to the following conditions:
• Up to and including June 30th, 2026: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• From July 1st, 2026 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
• All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the end of the Congress minus any Bank charges.
